1.HOW CAN I BE PREPARED? -The suite is a fragrance free zone. Please refrain from wearing perfume/cologne/heavily scented body care products. - I recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early in order to park and get settled. -Come well hydrated. We have cold, purified water on site as well. -Try not to plan many things afterwards. It's nice to optimize the benefits of your session and be able to enjoy the relaxation you have gained.
2. ITS MY FIRST MASSAGE. WHAT CAN I EXPECT? -Before your massage, we will discuss your needs and expectations for the session. Please remember to write down any past and current medical issues or you have on your intake form. -During the session, you will be fully draped in a professional manner. Please voice your concerns with me so we can create the most relaxing experience for you. - After the massage, you may feel groggy and not ready to drive. You are welcome to enjoy our lobby or take a stroll around the gorgeous surrounding trails or business park.
3. IS SLEEPING OK? YES!!! Dropping into deep relaxation often results in my clients entering states of meditation as well as sleeping. A massage is the ultimate reset on your day!
4. IS TALKING OK? Chatting is fine! Many clients find greater relaxation when they focus on their breath, more than conversation. Dropping into silence and peace is what many people need for optimal healing to occur.
4. WHAT IF I AM SICK? Please cancel your appointment if you are coming down with something, currently ill, or just beginning to recover. Stay at home at home and rest.
5. CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN/ FUR BABIES? I am fine with children inside our office if they are able to stay chill during your massage. The office is a small space, but we can make them a cozy nest to enjoy during the session. I don't recommend leaving small children unattended in the lobby area. Unfortunately pets are not permitted inside the suite, so we cannot accommodate them.
